• Your responsibility will be to strategically create and carry out the enterprise development plan, ensuring that SMME enterprises receive financial support in order to realize their financial and commercial viability through effective growth and turnaround methods.
• To carry out this development strategy, which is centered on SME and agricultural development, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Development department, lead stakeholder relations, set budgets, and targets, and build and inspire a strong team of enterprise development specialists.
• You must have a proven track record of effectively driving enterprise/economic development in both the public and private sectors, as well as a proven leadership track record in team development and team project delivery, in order to be considered for this fantastic position.
