Greys Recruitment currently has a permanent vacancy for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Durban branch in Riverhorse Valley.

Duties & Responsibilities

• This position is for you if you are an experienced and ambitious Recruitment Consultant with a passion for recruitment, developing and retaining new business, and building relationships.

• Proven track record of generating revenue and retaining clients
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a desire to sell and build client relationships
  Assessment of candidates, interviews, reporting, profiling, and database management
  In-depth understanding of recruitment and recruitment processes in a recruitment agency setting.

Responsibilities and Roles

Among the duties are, but are not limited to:

• Telesales, canvassing, and cold calling with the goal of providing clients with consultative staffing solutions.
  The dissemination of company information in order to raise awareness of the company’s services.
  Client visits (both new and existing) should be made on a regular basis in order to build strong client relationships and understand the client’s staffing needs.
  Providing clients with exceptional customer service.
  Candidate sourcing in accordance with client job specifications and the APSO code of conduct.
  Interviewing, CV preparation and application processing are all part of the job.
  Offering positions to candidates and negotiating job offers on behalf of clients
  Prior to submitting CVs to clients, all shortlisted clients were reference checked.
  CV preparation for submission to clients.
