- A boutique Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and conscientious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team of degreed and resilient consultants.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for sourcing and filling vacancies that have been assigned to you. This includes posting advertisements on various job boards, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, communicating with clients, and meeting your monthly goal.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience is required.
A Matric is required, but candidates with a Tertiary Qualification will be given preference.
Outstanding communication abilities
Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Capability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Package & Remuneration
