Job Description

• The department’s goal is to collaborate closely with the business to provide insight and aid in understanding performance data. to aid in the business’s ongoing improvements in all facets.
• The position will involve gathering requirements and creating new Reporting for Operations. Then, in order to guarantee that performance standards are of a high standard, you will support the continuous improvement of all KPIs. While collaborating with Operations, you will look for ways to both enhance performance and assist the Client in managing the contract. This position will assist our department of planning and resources. assisting in the development of reporting that will benefit the business in that area on all fronts.

Role Requirements

• 2 years of experience working as a data analyst or BI analyst
  Call center experience is preferred, as is prior experience in a resource planning role.
  Power Bi expertise is required.
  Having SQL experience is very helpful.
  Good communication abilities (verbal, written, and presentation)
  Microsoft Office proficient with experience presenting to senior management, leading workshops, and collaborating with business stakeholders to create suitable reporting and dashboard formats
  Experience collaborating closely with key operational stakeholders to comprehend the larger business objectives and the positive effects that quality data solutions can have
  Call center experience is preferred. Previous data analyst experience
