Job Description

• The department’s goal is to collaborate closely with the business to help them understand and provide insight into performance data. To aid in the ongoing improvement of all aspects of the business.
• The role will entail gathering requirements and developing new Reporting for Operations. You will then support the continuous improvement of all KPIs to ensure high-performance standards. Working with Operations, you will look for opportunities to not only improve performance but also to assist the Client with contract management. This position will assist our resource and planning department. Assisting in the development of reporting that will support the business in all aspects of that area.

Role Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst is required.
  Previous experience in a Resource Planning role is preferred, as is call center experience.
  Power Bi experience is required.
  SQL experience is extremely beneficial.
  Communication abilities that are effective (verbal, written, and presentation)
  Competent in Microsoft Office Experience presenting to Senior Management Experience running workshops and collaborating with business stakeholders to develop appropriate reporting and dashboard formats
  Working closely with key operational stakeholders to understand the larger business objectives and how quality data solutions can help
  Previous experience as a Data Analyst is required, as is call center experience.
  Experience with utilities is desirable.
