Duties & Responsibilities

  • planning, organizing, leading and managing all areas of the tasks you have been given in order to meet production requirements.
    Managing all labor-related concerns to make sure that every employee is helping the business achieve its goals.
    Upholding standards for product quality, cleanliness, and biosecurity.
    Managing all resources to the company’s maximum advantage.
    Putting the 20 Keys principles, risk management, and safety into practice.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • at least a 12th-grade education.
    Three years of minimum experience as a broiler breeder.
    Passionate, self-starting, and performance-oriented.
    A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and staff management experience.
    The ability to manage paperwork and strong administrative abilities are required.
    Working hours are erratic and may include weekend duties; the candidate must be proactive, accurate, and able to work independently.
