Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a thorough and accurate record of all appointments for service, repairs, and/or warranty claims.
• When the vehicle arrives, check the job cards and thoroughly inspect the vehicle before booking it.
• To ensure that the workshop operates as efficiently as possible, daily planning of scheduled jobs should be done.
• Communicate with clients and keep them informed at all times about the condition of their automobiles.
• Every day, add job cards to Automate.
• Cost job cards based on the flat fee that the workshop manager has provided
• To maintain effective client service, close and invoice job cards each day.
• Before releasing the car, confirm that all COD customer accounts are paid.
• Communicate with the workshop’s accountant and give them correct details about payments paid.
• Ensure that warranty claims are imported into the system and request warranty department approvals.
• to promptly invoice any completed warranty claims
• Keep an eye on the job being done and notify the workshop manager of any problems.
• When necessary, complete purchase requisitions, get them signed and promptly deliver them to the buyer.
• As soon as the requisitions have been approved, load all purchase claims onto Automate.
• Perform a supporting role for the workshop manager and help to raise workshop performance.
