Duties & Responsibilities

  • to spearhead the entire talent acquisition and retention processes to ensure adequate human resourcing in all organizational areas in accordance with our recruitment vision and strategy. Actively seek out and put into practice strategies to attract qualified talent for the organization.


  • Grade 12
  • HR Degree/Diploma
  • at least five years of experience as a recruiter, administrator, or coordinator
  • willing to make local travels
  • A car is necessary in order to meet with business management.


  • Consult with a management frequently to make sure that requirements are being met
    develop connections with the managers in our company
  • After interviews, speak with line managers about a candidate’s suitability.
  • Consult with our partners in recruitment frequently to make sure they are aware of our requirements and needs
    cultivate ties with our partners in recruitment


  • Create an interviewing strategy with line management’s input.
  • Establish and uphold a central repository for job profiles and competency-based interviewing resources (must meet legislative criteria)
  • Maintain the database for hiring and the CV status record.
  • Streamline the process of conducting technical and external assessments.
  • Schedule interviews and act as the HC representative in all initial interviews and as necessary. Screen all internal and external applications, making sure that the job profile is followed.
  • Make sure the candidates receive feedback regarding the results of the interviews in accordance with our recruitment process.
  • Observe the hiring procedures for the various business areas.
    Check the references of all prospective employees.
  • See to it that management adheres to the organization’s employment equity goals.
  • keep up a recruitment website and a skill-based database of job seekers. updated dashboard
  • Organize and carry out staff promotion interviews, and oversee the process.
  • In charge of the exit interview procedure
  • Assure the accuracy of all HC data. Prepare various recruitment reports.
