  • We are currently looking for a Delivery Consultant to work closely with the Managing Director/Founder as part of our business expansion.
  • We are located in the Southern Suburbs (Claremont) and are looking for someone who can work at least a few days per week in this area (we have a hybrid environment).

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s context, culture, and needs. (s)
  • Create a recruitment strategy/approach in collaboration with the account manager/team.
  • Use the appropriate channel(s) to find and attract the right candidate (s)
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with candidates, as well as a thorough understanding of their aspirations and expectations.
  • Professionally engage and present the shortlisted candidates to the line manager.
  • Prepare an application to be submitted.
  • Communicate with, support, and accompany the candidate throughout the recruitment process.
  • Run and finish all necessary checks and reference checks.
  • Assist with negotiations
  • Increase your technical and market knowledge.
  • Create a network and ensure data integrity.

  • Previous recruitment experience is highly valued (non-essential)
    Excellent knowledge of the IT/technology market is valued (non-essential)
    Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
    Excellent organizational abilities
    Excellent Microsoft Office skills
    Capability to form strong, long-term relationships quickly
    Ability to work under pressure, see the big picture, think outside the box, and get things done
