Duties & Responsibilities
Important Responsibilities
Recruitment
- In charge of managing the entire recruitment process
Conduct mass hiring and make sure there is always a supply of candidates who are prepared for placements (General workers, Drivers, etc.)
Make sure orders are fulfilled and temp placement targets are met.
Resourcing and filling all open positions – finding candidates (using job boards, our own website, social media, and networking with applicants and current employees), which includes screening applicants over the phone, shortlisting applicants, meeting with applicants, and briefing them in advance of client interviews. - Make sure the company’s and the client’s requirements, policies, and procedures are followed, and that the client’s recruitment needs are being met. – Full compliance with the company’s recruitment and selection policies and procedures
As per client demand and operations, assist in filling permanent orders and higher-level positions. advice from the unit coordinator
Use a variety of innovative sourcing techniques to find a pool of candidates with a wide range of skills.
Weekly and monthly recruitment reports are managed, updated, and submitted (no. of interviews, orders filled, etc)
follow up on and put best practices for HR recruiting
Ensure that hiring needs are met in accordance with the Recruitment Co-and ordinator’s company/client requirements.
Admin
- help with the accurate management, filing, and updating of employee files
timesheet recording and submission
assembling and submitting employee pay inquiry requests
contracts for administrative personnel:
➢ Verify the accuracy of contract allocation to the client contract period, project, seasonality, or other factors for all new and existing employee contracts. - Careful management and notification of contract terminations
- Help administer IODs in accordance with COIDA requirements.
- Increase non-compliance as necessary
functions of general administration
Perform MIE checks
Ad-Hoc
- Follow all company and client policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures.
