Sales Consultant (Vehicle Tracking)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create a business development strategy that is centered on new logo sales and revenue. Make sure the monthly sales goal is met in full.
  • Identify new markets, target market requirements, and Cold call potential clients on a daily (or at least weekly) basis to schedule meetings
  • Set up business meetings with potential clients, handle incoming leads as an allocation, and make sure to stay in touch with prospects and customers right away.
  • successfully converting leads into customers; promoting and selling the best solution in an honest and open manner, and making sure a thorough needs analysis is performed first.
  • Promote the company’s goods and services by anticipating or meeting the goals of its customers.
  • Ensure that regulations and norms are followed when preparing sales contracts. Increase services revenue by including service contracts in hardware sales and upselling value-added products.
  • Keep track of sales, revenue, invoicing, etc., and expand your clientele in the area with an emphasis on the fleet and SMB industries.
  • Offer dependable customer service and after-sales assistance.
  • Create lasting connections with both new and existing customers. 
  • Become sufficiently knowledgeable about the pricing and products of all competitors to be able to effectively market and sell the company’s goods and services. 
  • Maintaining an advanced understanding of all Products while continuously developing skills. 
  • To create quotes on CCP, including order processing for sales secretaries, ensure advanced understanding of pricing structures for all products/services. 
  • By reviewing paperwork and submissions to open new accounts, making sure accurate contractual and supporting documents are in place, and limiting financial loss.
  • Make sure that the CRM is saved with the necessary documents.
  • Make sure new deals are paid for within 60 days by following up with clients and debtors.
  • To ensure a seamless and effective product installation, communicate with all required parties. 
  • On a monthly basis, give the manager a sales prediction that accompanies the stock forecast. 
  • Update pipeline and prospecting reports; provide line manager with weekly comments. 
  • Make sure that line managers receive reports of the highest caliber by the specified timeframes. 
  • As instructed by management, attend all training sessions, meetings, conferences, and events.
