Undergraduate Application Forms:

• a. The university’s online application for undergraduate studies can be found at www.uj.ac.za.
• b. You can also mail or hand in a printed copy of the undergraduate application form from the University of Johannesburg website.
• c. You must specify your personal information, academic background, and program preferences on the UJ undergraduate application form. A photo ID or passport, certified copies of your academic transcripts, and proof that you have paid the application fee must also be attached.

Postgraduate Application Forms:
