Human Resources Executive

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- accountable for creating and implementing the HR Strategy.
- gives the HR Department strategic direction and organization for its responsibilities and outputs.
- plays a significant and strategic role in Exco as a member.
- gives the Remco and Exco input and recommendations on strategic HR-related issues.
- Makes sure that all HR-related plans and policies are in place for the company’s present and future needs, including recruitment, talent management, career-pathing, and succession planning, performance management, change management, and remuneration and recognition.
- In charge of influencing organizational culture and choosing the best organizational effectiveness solutions to fulfill both immediate and long-term business goals.
- guarantees the creation, execution, and upkeep of an employment equity plan.

- Helps the Transformation Executive with all BBBEE-related matters to make sure the company reaches its BEE goals.
gives the EXCO and the Board guidance as needed on any ER-related issues. - obtains mandates for all ER negotiations and disputes and/or offers them.
- Responsible for quarterly report preparation for Exco and Remco as well as monthly HR reporting.
- creates the HR Department’s annual budget.
- examines and/or approves all sectional and unital expenses.
- together with the CFO, review the payroll on a monthly basis.
- together with the CFO, oversees the annual raise procedure.
- gives direction and leadership on all HR-related issues to the entire workforce, Exco, and Board.
- Ensures that all risks connected to HR are recognized, evaluated, and adequately and successfully mitigated.
Requirements:
- B-Degree in Human Resources Management (non-negotiable)
- Post Graduate will be advantageous
- 10 – 15 years applicable experience (5 years EXCO)
